Emmanuel Jiane (I thought it was Jiyane) was absolutely fantastic. Gave me a peace of mind when I was loosing it here. The cover understands that there are some hiccups we go through because of trying to get everything done for our families. Emmanuel told me about the grace period which I didn't see in the policy document and gave me a peace of mind. High five to him!
