<p>I recently bought a brand new second hand car and got a quote from them. After a week I received a email about my new premium and suddenly the premium was higher than the quote. I blew a head gasket and send them a email thinking im never gonna hear anything about it. After about 5 minutes they phoned me and offered me a better premium. I nearly fell of my chair. Awesome service.</p>
