Eloise Pieterse of King Price Insurance Legal : unpaid refund

One fine day I was parked at the bank when SBV truck came and bashed into me. the driver was an ex policeman and was very fami**** with the procedure thereafter. after observing all protocol, we made our way to the police station to finally receive our accident report number so that we may lay a claim with our insurance companies. Being with King price, I called them and went through the necessary steps to getting the vehicle repaired. I was told in writing that I would be paid back the excess that I had to pay for the repairs to commence. That has not happened. It has been more than a year and the legal team just told me that I will not get my money back because they can't get hold of the person anymore.

I don't think King Price does this to all its clients so I feel like I was profiled and it was agreed not to pay me back what was owed to me. I was instead told to go to small claims court which deals with claims of R7000 and below. The money that is owed to me is more than that.

This situation is really not good. I still maintain that I was wronged for not committing any wrong on my side.
