Eliza Du Toit - Best consultant I have spoken to in any call centre
I had at the beginning the most horrible experience with no feedback.
However the Manager Reese Jordaan got me in contact with the most lovely, professional and effective agent I have yet experienced as a client from any call centres ever.
Eliza Du Toit was like a hot knife through butter and just made this entire thing flawless, instead of ignoring my queries, complaints [tantrums] she wholeheartedly rep**** and worked with me to get everything sorted.
If there is a single reason why I will reconsider not rejoining KingPrice it will be this lady!
She followed up multiple times in the day and kept me in the loop which I can only imagine must be exhausting as I am not her only client.
But A BIG Thank you to her!
