Elfreda Pieterse an asset to King Price Insurance

I had a missed call from King Price Insurance that I missed. I returned the call and was blessed to get through to a very polite lady by the name of Elfreda Pieterse. She really made my day as she was very keen to help and did so without any of the usual issues of being put on hold or being transfered to someone else. The conversation was to the point and pleasant. She is really an asset to King Price Insurance. And deserves recognition for excellent customer service.
