EFFICIENT STAFF MAKES SELF-HELP PORTAL REDUNDANT

Extremely happy and satisfied with service received from Chris on Friday 3 November 2017. Added items to my existing insurance policy at King Price without a hitch. His attitude was splendid, and I felt he went out of his way to assist, but even then he remained humble and offered their new online self-help portal in any case. Hence the header to this review: if all call center agents can be as helpful and polite as Chris, it will be a pleasure to ask call centers for assistance (but alas, most call center staff think you are doing them a favor by calling them for assistance, when they are actually dependent on you, the customer.) Keep it up Chris! PS: And if Gideon Galloway makes his email address available to the public, I will personally recommend you for a raise, or a bonus at least...!!!
