Effective Simplicity

Starting of with insurance at King Price was a pleasure until I had to make changes to my policy. Various consultants phoned me 3 times without being able to assist me with the changes that had to be made, as the more senior consultants could never be reached to be able to finalize the changes. With this process entering into the second week and my frustration mounting I eventually sent King Price an email communicating my frustration. A few hours later a gentleman by the name of Simon Scott phoned me up and made short work of my frustration, to such an extend that I even decided that I will stay on With King Price since Simon himself could arrange my premium to suit my pocket and put my mind at ease with his lightning fast feedback and service and not having to put me on hold to wait for someone else that had to help me.. If everyone in South Africa would have Simon's attitude, South Africa would be The Utopia. Simon is without a doubt an asset to his company and I hope his colleagues will 'take a chapter from his book' - you Rock Simon!!
