Eddie Simelane wears the crown!

A big shout out to Eddie Simelane for keeping his cool while I vented my frustration about having to answer a million security questions. Eddie remained calm and professional while I grumbled about policies that he is actually not responsible for initiating but that are expected by the Kings of Price. After finally getting the information, he quickly assisted with my problem and was efficient and courteous throughout.

Definitely a role model for others in the call centre.

(Please note King Price - Security questions are a real pain as many of us are using Airtime and have been on hold and when we finally get through we don't want to waste precious airtime repeating information - it gets expensive and annoying)
