Easy, efficient and effective service. Agent well trained and has a pleasant mannerism. It's always great to talk to an agent that doesn't raise your blood pressure as this a trend in SA. Being a Complaints Manager for a huge motor industry, it's refreshing to receive such wonderful service. Thank you King 💙
