easy claim process / NOT!

I am very disappointment by the service i have received at King Price for my Windscreen claim, they say the claim service is easy and quick, yet, to get them to call you back is a mission.

i had a simple claim, last week Thursday, i called in, was told to call the next day, i did that,next day i called and waited for hours and hours... then gave up holding and sent an email,

3 hours after the email i got a call, and again was given the run around, i do not know if the call center people are trained adequately or not, because no one advised me of an excess fee,

no one gave me any answers practically, i was told someone would get back to me,

after that i waited again and ended up calling myself the next day, this is now Saturday....claiming from Thursday mind you!!!!

then an agent by the name of Natasha said she would call me, and she did not!!!

monday i call again...was advised i need to pay an excess and email through the proof of payment, which i did same time, now this place which KING PRICE referred me to Auto Boys/ body (whatever their name is), there service is even worse!!!!!!!!!!!!

i work with my car, i need it to travel, we take out insurance so we can be assisted, we pay every month, but when we need the insurance to assist, no one does, we get the run around, so now i am asking, when will my Windscreen be seen too !!!!!!!!!!!
