Dysfunctional Claims Process - A car that still moves after an accident is treated as no accident really.
I was in an accident on Tuesday the 4th of June and processed claim for my vehicle which was damaged by someone who drove into me from behind. I have engaged in endless follow up calls with the call center consultants with promises of an assessor being sent out and my car being attended to.
The manager even promised to send people to attend to my car as soon as she can and STILL - radio silence!! Due to my car engen still starting and the car being able to move forward, noone has even cared to make sure that the claim process is progressing. Their claim process is quite frankly dysfunctional.
