Dylan Van Straaten saved the day!

I wanted to cancel my insurance & move it elsewhere because of my previous bad experience with King Price, but how can I say no to such friendly, professional administrator, who apologised on someone's behalf in a very calm & professional way & made sure I reconsider. I replaced my old car with a new one, still with KP. We need more of Dylan van Straaten at client services dept. Thank you ☺️☺️
