Duplicated Claims By King Price

I was Hijacked in August 2017 and called in to King price to submit my claim. the claim was recorded on the system under theft for the 10 .08.2017, somehow an additional claim was recorded by king Price in my name under theft again on the 22.08.2017 for a large amount.

When i bought a new car I called around for quotes but kept receiving ridiculous quotes from third parties, I decided yet again to go with King Price.

This error added an erroneous amount to my claims history which negativity impacted my risk assessment and i was charged a higher premium due to this error. I called into King Price earlier today to address this problem and after speaking to claims once and client retention's twice the erroneous claim was removed from my policy and my premium reduced however the consultants avoided that fact that i have been paying the incorrect premium for the entire time with my policy. They did not adequately address this problem and investigate the extent of the damage caused by this error.

This would explain why while contacting other insurance companies for premiums after my Hijacking i was receiving ridiculous quotations.

Ethics and transparency is important in your industry and you should take it seriously.
