Due to the fact that myself and my eldest son were forced into taking the Voluntary Severance Package, and my son losing his second job due to covid, I was transferred through to Clayton who is one of the supervisors, he dropped my insurance repayments by R200 a month without me even asking with the same cover I had. Since then I've had to contact him changing certain details regarding my insurance. He is such a gentleman, humble, amiable, understanding , polite and friendly. I give him 10 out of 10.
