Due to the economic crisis, I found myself struggling to pay for my vehicle insurance. I made a call to king price hoping to get my premium reduced in some way as I was already thinking of looking for a better quote. I was assisted by a gentleman named Katlego Mthabela. He was very considerate and patient. We were able to reduce the premium successfully without increasing the excess nor cancelling the cover for shortfall, or car-hire cover. I am so happy that my car can continue being under cover and even happier that I could put some money back in my pocket.
