Drowning while waiting

I logged a claim in September for a leaking water pipe in our ceiling. The plumber never finished the job. Now there is damage to the ceiling and still water leaking inside and outside.

I logged another complaint over a week ago with them directly and to date no feedback.

Pathetic. Who will carry this charges? My about to retire mother?
