Dragging case

HELLO PETER, Today it makes a full month my claim is not resolved. The assessor kept on dragging the case. She even went too far to take my wife to hospital. The was was supposed to be close on 28/11/2024 then date move to 02/12/2024 still not resolved. The worst painfull thing is that I can see on claim progress is that vehicle is written off. But it is difficult to resolve the matter.

I urgently need help on this. I paid all my premiums in time and i still pay even though I know my vehicle is written off.
