Double premium increase

So after having called King Price to find out why my premium doubled from R450 to R1000+, I was told that this is because they are still trying to get hold of the person responsible for my accident and until they recover the costs I will be liable. They tried to give me a discount and changed my premium to R921.65 only for me to still be debited R1000.26. From being the cheapest, you are now the most expensive. No wonder so many people drive around without insurance. they can't afford it!
