Double Debited my account

I was in Loom cell phone insurance since last year August and every thing was perfect until, Loom transferred my insurance to King Price Insurance, the very first month King Price double debited my account, then I sent an email to their client care telling them to cancel this cover and refund me my money, a guy by the name of Norman called me a week later on the 09/04/2021 and said they did not double debit me, he then requested me to send him my back statement, which I emailed to him 20 minutes later, Norman NEVER ever even confirm receipt of my bank statement nor a follow up, he just disappeared, it's the 19th we going into a new month soon and they will run another double debit only they know why.
