Double debited
Upon looking for a good car insurer found king price being the cheapest. Spoke on the phone with Clive who is an excellent sales person told me my cover and went the extra mile told me they would deduct my cover on the 25th July I was satisfied with what I'm going to pay!! Now on the 26th they debited me for my premium as well as an extra R115.96 !!!! No one ever mentioned it to me over the phone or in email so disappointed... Wondering if I should cancel or not maybe next month the same mistake is going to happen to my hard earned money. Tried 3 times to contact them using their app No response.
