Don't want to pay claims

We put through a claim for our boundary wall which collapsed due to the floods and heavy rains in Durban, the claim was rejected because according to them the wall was not built according to government regulations and standards, the wall is more than 40 years old it only started cracking and eventually collapsed due to the floods and storms of recent years. Our house is now left exposed creating a huge security risk , we have a elderly lady living in the house.
