If you want to remove your personal info from these databases, here’s what you need to do:
• Click here and fill in the form online.
• Make sure that you fill in all your cellphone numbers and email addresses, as well as your
ID number.
• Allow about 8 weeks to unsubscribe you from all registered databases.
• You’ll have to unsubscribe again every 3 years.
