Dont talk to Mpho Namise

Normally i am very happy with King Price insurance and i have been a loyal customer for many years but i would like like to complain about one employee - Mpho Namise. I used the call me function and we went through the whole long questionnaire process regarding building insurance and then there was 1 question i couldnt answer so i requested his email address to send that 1 unanswered question. I sent the answer and never received a response and then a few days later i emailed him again and then i emailed for a 3rd time and finally he called me back but it was during my work hours and he wanted to start the entire questionnaire from scratch again and i said i didnt have the time to call me during my lunch break but he never did.
