Don't pay Claims

little did I know, as I was warned by a friend that King Price doesn't pay the claims. few days after I took my policy with then I called to cancel it but they promised me that isn't true. 3 years down the line it happened, they declined my claim saying that I should have installed an alarm whereas I never got a reminder from them like they did for the car inspection. how they expect me to remember everything after a more than 30 minutes long conversation? they proved everyone right, I have leant my lesson I will tell everyone that it's true they really find a way not to pay. instead of accepting that they also didn't follow up to make sure that has happened, instead they want to pay my premiums back, how dirty. they even called and accused that my car I use for business and I see clients.
