Don't fall to the tricks of King Price

I got sms from King Price saying if I do a quotation with them, I will receive a free card gift voucher worth R550, oh yes I did the quotation which at the end they failed to beat my current insurance premium. So I decided to take a home insurance with them instead because their premium was low compared to my current home insurance. At the end of the call the saleman said he will send me an sms with the link to the voucher which I never received. I called them after few hours, they said the sms's will be sent out after 48hours, now 48hours has elapsed and I haven't received anything from them.
