I was in the process of changing my insurance due to a better offer received from another insurance company. KP phoned me and I was transferred to a snr consultant. Waiting and listening to the music I thought this is going to be a difficult discussion. Then my day changed as when Sybrand Pelser answered he changed my day completely. What a pleasant and friendly person. He explained in detail what he could assist with and not only did he do it he even better the monthly payment for me. If it was up to me I would want to paint his name on KP billboards next to the highway as the contact person to phone when considering moving your insurance. Thank you Sybrand.
