Don't care how long it takes for me not to have transportation
After a month (and they towed a car with only scratches on the bumper, to be kept in a yard somewhere) they now contact me to say the claim is approved. It will probably take more than a month to get it to their (only 1) approved panel beater. In the mean time, they don't care that I don't have transportation. Two months plus for a few scratches - I'm looking for a new insurance company.

Our sincerest apologies for any delays, unfortunately you did not select the car hire option when you took the cover so we are unfortunately unable to assist with car hire. Please note we have many panel beaters throughout SA on our panel but as you are aware SA is currently in lockdown which has bought all repairs to a halt. Rest assured as soon as the repairers are up and running again we will make sure the work is completed as fast as possible.

You had a month before this lockdown to sort this out,please don't blame the lockdown for your bad service in this regard. For my vehicle (Mercedes Benz) you only have ONE panel beater in the Cape. That's what King Price told me a month ago.
