Doesn't pay out my claim

After about a month, King Price cannot help me to get the damage to my car fixed. If I didn't call them, then I would probably had no response from them. They took almost a week after I report the accident just to tell me where I should take my car for inspection and to get a quotation, then again I phoned multiple times to get the quote out of them, after about two weeks I received the quote from them. Since the quote was very high, ( I aslo took my car to another panel beater for a quote?) I ask them to pay me cash, which they agreed to and that the money will be in my bank account within 48 hours, what a lie. <br> <br> After 7 days I phoned them again and talked to Rodney, who said that he will ask Bernice to call me back, whom till today didn't call me back. <br> <br> I want my car fixed and want to pay deposit to the panel beater but I didn't received the money yet. <br> <br> This is very bad service from King Price and will not recommend anyone to have them covered by King Price. <br> <br> When you want a quotation for insurance, they phone you immediately, but when you want to claim you have to phone them every day just to get no support. Everytime you phone you speak to someone else.
