***** business practice by King Price Insurance

I took out a policy with King Price Insurance yesterday and disclosed every bit of information requested. The policy was activated and documentation received. Today I get a call from them wanting to reconfirm my details and at the end of the call a significantly higher premium is quoted. The caller confirms that no details changed but she believed there may have been a system glitch the day before. This is such ***** business practice I asked who I can report it to and she became evasive and wanted to transfer me to her retention department.
