Do not go to King Price

To all looking for new insurance. Please do not go for the cheaper option like King Price.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mon Blank Insurance, I should have stayed with them.

Had an accident and Mont Blank sorted it out ASAP without any hassle.

King Price however requesting accident reports and previous insurance information that is not relevant to the claim. They are dragging their feet and I wonder why.

When you need an accident report you need to pay for it and go into the station within working hours, and if there is load shedding they can not assist you at all. This is ridiculous, I pay every month on time with no issues, but now when there is an accident that is not my fault, I get no assistance.

It is a very simple case, and should not be this difficult to sort out.

If King Price does not sort this out ASAP, I will take further measures against them as a company.
