Do not ensure valuables with King Price

I submitted my claim a month ago and still it has not been resolved. King Price is not willing to pay my Jeweler (the person who designed & created my engagement ring) instead insist that I use theirs and if I do not they are only willing to settle 50% of the ensured value. I paid my premiums to the value of my ring replacement vale with cer*****y that I would be able to replace my ring through my jeweller. Besides this fact, not once was I phoned and kept up to date on my claim.This is the worst service, definitely not recommend specially with something as valuable.
