Do any of you actually know what you doing!!

Let me start this off by saying don't promise ROYAL SERVICE if you have no clue what it is!!! not only have you completely ruined my day, you have ruined my first impression of you and I doubt I will refer anyone I know to use your services. You have taken money out of my account and have caused me unnecessary admin and stress... in case any of you don't know, when someone takes something that doesn't belong to them, ITS CALLED THEFT!!! None of you have delivered on any of the promises you have made!! I pre-empted that this would happen and have made numerous calls to try and circumvent this but it was a complete waste of my time and resources because the very thing I tried to prevent from happening has happened. What a shame to think that up till now I actually held your company to very high standards.
