Dissatisfied your appointed service providers

Dissatisfied customer I thankful for the help from Unathi I know she can only do do much, but your appointed service provider for claims suck, on Friday they delivered the TV and neighbor signed when setting up TV the resolution is not clear since Monday I received a call from your service provider Nu (new) World to date I received no phone calls by when the going check TV all I want they should come or send me another TV with a better resolution does have to be the same make as long I can see on TV Still waiting on feedback.
