Dissatisfied customer!

I have been a client of King Price Insurance since March 2017. Initially on my partner's policy and subsequently took out my own policy from February 2018. Upon trying to submit a claim for damages to my vehicle first on my dent and scratch cover, I was asked to explain all the damages to my car, which I did. I did understand that the capped pay out would be R3000, with R250 excess. Upon taking my car for assessment, the damages amounted to R6500. As the amount quoted was in excess of R3000, my claim was rejected. I not able to claim for the damages up to R3000. Customers are not informed that if the damages amount to over R3000, the claim would be rejected and a portion of the damages would not be repaired. Upon taking out this additional cover, I was told that the cover includes all old dents and scratched and new ones, however when King Price was processing my claim, I was told that no accumulative damages would be covered - this is false advertising. I then tried to claim off my normal cover, which was a disaster. I initially registered the claim through my policy, but as the damage occurred while I was covered on my partner's policy, the claim was transferred to my partner's policy and the claim on my policy was cancelled. I was instructed to take my car for assessment to Front Row Autobody, which I did. Subsequently I received another email and SMS requesting that I take my car to Automagic. King Price is so disorganised and they actually have no professionalism when dealing with customers. They honestly do not have staff that are trained properly to deal with claims. I am appalled at the overall service I received on my first claim to King Price insurance in 1 year. Corrections are not made on there system, and every time you deal with a new consultant you have to constantly repeat yourself regarding the same issue! Needless to say my claim was after all rejected yet again! They are quick to take your premiums, however when it comes to register a claim, you are treated with much disrespect. I do understand that there are certain terms and conditions that need to be adhered to when submitting a claim, but when you speak to the consultants you are told that you would have no problems with your claim.
