DISSATISFACTION & INCONVENIENCING

I am in disbelief over how this supposed insurance that treats clients like royalty has given me nothing but grief and inconvenience. My first month of insurance they failed to debit my account as per the agreed date made follow ups with them and kept on being told it was and then mid month i get debited i don't know whats wrong with them. Now end of last month i was supposed to would have been debited by the 25/04/2015 till this day the 11/05/2015 i am yet to be debited i got an sms on the 06/05/2015 which is now irrelevant and misleading as it promised that the insurance would debit my account by Friday 08/05/2015 I am still waiting in vein like someone is doing me a favor whereas I am paying for services that's supposed to be rendered to me. After this ********** experience i would NEVER recommend this insurance to anyone soon cancelling and moving to a better insurance
