Disrespectful against their customers decisions.

King Price is not very respectful towards a client's decision when you request to cancel your insurance. I asked King Price to cancel my insurance with King Price immediately, but they kept harassing me until I continued with their insurance.

The debit order was declined due to insufficient funds. I am unemployed and cannot afford insurance. I am very disappointed that King Price put a Registered Mandate on my account. This is very disrespectful. We did not agree on this. I want a reimbur*****t of the money as soon as possible.
