Dispute on Cost

My wife's car was involved in an accident. The car was taken in for repairs. The damage was on the left rear wheel and on the body. The dealer identified other damages relating to the alignment of the car. The car has a motor plan. A dispute has now arisen between the Dealer and the Assessor on the cause of the misalignment. A suggestion is being made that we should lodge another claim, the basis of which is very unclear. On the one hand we have a Dealer who is threatening to suspend the motor plan if we do not include the repairs to the misalignment and on the other a non-responsive Agent that is speculating without any shred of evidence that the cause of the misalignment could be due to poor road conditions (potholes) or a previous accident. Critically, this Assessor/Agent need us to believe that a damage to one of the wheels cannot cause damage to other wheels. Essentially this Assessor/Agent is bent on refusing to pay for the alignment and thereby endanger my family's life while they continue to receive our monthly premiums. in the meantime the courtesy car is needed back today. Is this what King Prize calls Service???
