I insured my partner's Iphone 8plus with King Price Insurance as i have a car insurance with him. She lost her phone, we forwarded all the wanted documents and it was nullified because of a last usage date despite i forwarded CAS no, proof of payment, Icloud information and Voda said to me, your insurance should have access into your network information at their disposal. Now, they sent me to Vodacom store for last usage date and assisted me with itemsing billing only and it was also nullified as well. Since they are unable to assist, i only need my premiums pay out then i will opt-out.
