Dishonesty towards premium

Policy monthly premiums not being deducted correctly.... I could have gone over to a cheaper insurance however they came down with premium and as a loyal customer I stayed with King price....

However still deducting the high premium, stating that the lower premiums.will only reflect on my yearly recalculation. Why then not say that when promising the low premium. Even though the lower premium reflects on the current policy

I could have saved almost R3000 by now if I didn't stay with King price.
