Dishonest consultants

Very qucik to help when you shopping for insurance...but thats where it ends, the consultant i dealt with was obviously not trained properly and said anything to earn her comission to get the sale...i am in the process of contacting the ombudsman and will be cancelling my insurance. Cause if this is the way they do business i would hate to know what happens when and if i ever have to claim
