Disgusting service with King Price.
I am super upset. I put in a claim for my car as it is not driveable I then contacted and asked for the car hire benefit. It was not stipulated in the policy that I am liable for the deposit of 1600 for car hire. I am highly dissapointed and disgusted in this type of service. Where do I get the money now? And I do not have any other form of transportation.
I am deeply disappointed in King Price.

We are really sorry to hear of your predicament however the following excerpt is noted in your policy documents :
Should you make use of the hired car that we offer while your car is being repaired
or replaced, then you’ll need to pay:
• The fuel, security deposit and running costs, as well as the collection and
delivery fees.
• The excess amount that’s payable, in the event of a claim for loss of, or damage
to, the hired car.
Unfortunately the above is applicable with most if not all insurers when car hire is added to cover.
