Disgusting service, pathetic company!!!

Absolutely pathetic Insurance. Pathetic service!

My car was rolled into by a King Price Client. After hooting to avoid impact, the driver continued to roll and damage my vehicle. The absolute run around and admin I needed to do to start this process was insane ONLY FOR KING PRICE TO UNDER VALUE ALL 3 QUOTES TO HALF THE VALE!!!

As an innocent party to run around doing all the admin and still get shafted at the end is ridiculous!

I will now have to lose money because the insurance refuses to match even the lowest quote provided!

Why ask the innocent party to run around getting quotes only for your “specialist” to stipulate the actual amount regardless of quote provided??!! The expectation can only be to send it to a backyard mechanic to damage the car further!!

Disgusting service, wouldn’t use this insurance company if I was paid to.
