Disgusting service on claim.

I have never ever been so frustrated in processing a claim. The assessor is too busy to see to you. His boss Quinton is not in the office so you cannot speak to him. His boss Rudy is also not in the office and the girl answering the phone suddenly cannot hear you when you tell her how unhappy you are. We are not in our 4th week of trying to process a claim after a ******* we had and we have had nothing but conflict with King Price representatives. Our staff member was even phoned to be cross examined after hours. This service has been diabolical!!!!!!!!! I have never felt more like a ******** myself. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had - and we are still no closer in resolving our claim to what we were almost 4 weeks ago. At this stage I certainly would not recommend King Price to anyone!!!! They are very willing to take you money on a monthly basis but oh my heavens DO NOT CLAIM ....... then you will really see what King Price is all about.
