Disgusting service.. I'm king...really

Why does it seem like the companies that love praising themselves in their sales pitches as no.1 seem to forget their customers exist once they've taken your money. Then come claim time u don't exist. I'm waiting a month now with no car. No communication.mninnactual fact I'm still waiting to be towed from the side of the road. I had to make my own arrangements to get my car home. Now I have to keep hearing that they need this bs and that bs.... Trying hard to find a reason to not pay out claims.. but quick to take our damn money..all u insurance companies are the same .. wish I could give zero freekin stars
