Disgusting Service - Coming Up with Stories not to approve Claim

I had an accident on 26 April 2018 around 19:00 pm and because there were no other cars involved in accident but my car, the police did not give a case number or open a case. They instead took an ACCIDENT REPORT which I have a piece of paper they gave to me as reference. AR 69/04/2018 Mahwelereng Police Station [Constable Sekopane ********** ]

A claim was submitted, on 27th April 2018 When a claim was submitted to King Price, they declined my claim saying my last born son was driving the car. I was driving alone in the car at the time of the accident and where they come up with a conclusion that my son was driving the car I do not know.

Today I received a call that King price will tow the car back home, from the Panel Beaters. You know I have heard lots of stories about how disgusting king price when it comes to claims, they just take your money every month but when you have to claim they do not approve. I did not want to believe the people who have had such a disgusting experience as me until today.

I hate and so disgusted with king price, they are worse than any insurance in the world. To even come up with stories that my son was driving the car, while I was alone.
