Disgusting Money Makers

I enquired with KingPrice for a better insurance quote and was given a premium lower than what I was currently paying, so I decided I would join KingPrice car insurance. My agreement with the call agent was to take the first intallment at the end of August, because I would still be covered by the current insurer until then. KingPrice took it upon themselves to deduct my money from the end of June. When I called to tell them this, they said they would listen to the tapes and get back to me. Whether they listened to their tapes or not, I don't know because they never called me back.<br> <br> I know for a fact I said I wanted to begin with them in August, and also that they should now cancel their service. Also, one of the guys I spoke to, a team leader-Mark, if I remember his name correctly, was quick to point out that they'd return my money subject their ********** administration fee. I told him that in tryinh to retain me as a customer, Jackie-one of their consultants, haf said she'd deduct the admin fee to make the first installment less. <br> <br> Kingprice service os non existant when a client has a dispute. A month later and they still have not called me back, nor given my money back.
