Disgusting (LACK OF) Service

So they claim that road side assistance is part of your benefits, does this include waiting next to the road for 5 hours? Then having to drive 12km to the nearest town with two burst tyres just so someone could find me!!<br> Towed to Witbank at 20:00, taxi service to Pretoria (where I stay) was cancelled. My car and keys handed to god knows which panel beater and I had to make my own arrangement with a colleague to fetch me. It took a further 5 weeks for an assessor to go look at my vehicle (that only hit a pothole) in order to provide me with a quote. Another 2 weeks later to process my claim. 1 week thereafter I finally got my car back. In total a wonderful 2 months just to get my car back. My excess was greater than the value of the damage. After speaking to 18 or so people, including management, within the company I'm still awaiting my refund going on 6 months now. Hoping that maybe this public plea will result in the company sorting my claim. <br> I would NEVER recommend any one using this so-called service provider.
