Disgusting customer service
I took out an insurance 2years ago and now i want to chancel with them .I called in yesterday and i was told they are in a meeting until 12, an email will be sent to them and they will call me back. Till today no one has called me ,i called back again today and still they can't be reached. I was places on hold until they dropped my call.
