Disgusting and worst service

This is the worst and heartbreaking customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life wouldn't wish for anyone to go through it.

I was sold an incorrect car insurance made to believe the policy covered my car, third party, fire and theft only to find it was all a lie. What was sold to me over the phone and what was documented were two completely different things.
