Disgusting!!!
These guys are pathetic and they work with pathetic repair companies! They made us pay twice for access for 1 accident then they sent our car to Nu Wagon Autobody and their service is **********! We have been waiting for a mud flap for 6 months!!!!

The reason for the 2 excesses was due to the fact that your claim comprised of 2 different incidents hence the excesses charged. This was clearly explained to yourselves by the claims department. We will urgently follow up on the mud flap for you with the service provider.

20 Jun 2023, 08:37And we were promised recordings and we never received anything to date. Instead you took advantage of a person who was dazed and confused after a traumatic experience and I’m sure the recordings will prove that! There was 1 incident!
And to top it off you took our car to a pathetic service provider! When we got our car back the paint job was not done properly, the doors couldn’t lock, the mirrors were not folding, the left side mirror clip is missing, the mud flap is missing and the windshield water bottle is broken!! We have been waiting for these things to be sorted for 6 months!!! They told me to bring the car yesterday and guess what??? They did not have the parts so I waisted my petrol for nothing! They said I must go back home and they will call me by 3pm and guess what?? No one called!!
These are type of people that you choose to do business with and this is the kind of service that you provide???? Horrible!!!!
